Welcome to our blog!
Ian and I are extremely excited that you have ventured through the jungle (the internet), and arrived safely at our site.
We will be serving a smorgasbord of interesting posts, including articles and videos (some written/filmed by Ian and myself), catered to a community interested in improving their social skills.
Some people might find our content (more specifically mine) harsh and pessimistic at times. I apologize in advance to anyone who is offended by my postings, I assure you, I mean no harm.
If someone genuinely wants to develop superhuman social confidence, and they do not take criticism well, this might not be your preferred ecosystem.
We will cover a wide range of topics starting with some basic fundamentals (e.g. nonverbal communication, confidence and charisma, and some psychological knowns), and then branching out in various directions.
Despite being college educated, we will approach the blog from a laid back perspective, which we hope doesn’t alienate academia from contributing. We will post and cite relevant information when necessary and provide helpful links and reading material in our resources section.
We hope that Charisma Corner will act as a sounding board for beginner and average communicators to gather and collectively grow their social abilities.
We encourage individuals to question and refute our postings (either publicly or privately), to offer a higher quality product to the consumers.
The more feedback we get, the better we can adapt to the demands of our audience. If you are a shy person, please allow our website (and emails) to be your extroverted escape.
Ian and I want to help by any means possible, whether it be in-person, skype, or email. Please make the first move, and start a conversation; we will both happily listen and respond as soon as possible.
Thanks again for staying with us–please return soon and enjoy our new content!
