Written by Dr. Andersen–one of my favorite professors at SDSU– this book is the go-to resource for nonverbal communication help. The book is broken down into sections based off the different types of nonverbal communication (e.g. touch, time, tone, and physical appearances); and littered with helpful visuals to emphasize the main points. Nonverbal communication is everywhere, and this book will help you see and understand the signals of the person you’re watching, talking to, or listening to. Enjoy!

There is an update CIG to Reading Body Language by Susan Constantine. I have not personally read it, but it is rated 4.5 stars as opposed to Dr. Andersen’s 3.5 stars. I would advise looking at both before making a decision (I’m a little biased).
